VIJAY SRI FOUNDATION
Sewa Path Trust has been created with the sole objective to serve man kind. सेवा परमो धर्म is the basic thought of its establishment . Under it’s aegis Vijay Sri Foundation was started as a registered non government organization in 2009. It’s main activity was distribution of food to needy poor in hospitals. Initially home cooked food packets were distributed among attendants of poor patients admitted in different wards of K.G.Medical College, Lucknow.
Prasadam Sewa
Gradually the scale of operation grew. Noticing sincere efforts to serve poor attendants over the years the Medical College administration allotted one hall opposite Neurology Department.Hall was renovated to create kitchen, puja space and dining area Thus Prasadam Sewa started in 2015. Vegetarian food comprising roti, daal, rice, vegetable, curd, salad and sweet is being served to attendants of poor patients selected by ward nurses and doctors.
With the success in Medical College similar service was started in 2018 in Balrampur Hospital and RM Lohia hospital. Now about 900 attendants of poor patients admitted in hospitals are availing this sewa every day. Approximately 6 lakh persons have been benefitted under this program.

We are envisaging India where no one goes to sleep hungry. The project of this scale can not be implemented without active support of society. Support to Hunger Free India is true service of mankind. For those who have a little extra, it feels good to give back some to those who are without.
To join the program you can register yourself with us. You can support either by joining our volunteers to collect surplus food or you can sponsor some food packets. Each food packet will contain 4 roties and subji. Cost of one packet will be around Rs. 20.00.
